- Support Ticket Ratings — Rate tickets after they have marked "solved."
- Community Discussions — Community Discussions connect people and companies within our network through a variety of discussion-based topics.
- Chat Support — With Chat Support, users will have the ability to create a support ticket by initiating a chat with our support team.
- Phone Support — With Phone Support, users will have the ability to create a support ticket by dialing our support team by phone.
